Application for Membership

Notice of Applicant regarding approval process:  It may take up to 60 days from the receipt of this application until the applicant is officially approved as a member, during which time all dues and fees submitted will be held in an escrow account.  Prior to acceptance, said applicant is entitled to the privileges of membership on a provisional basis.  If for any reason the applicant is rejected for membership, he/she will receive a full refund of Association dues.  Furthermore, he/she will be given a full refund of any fees for future events, programs or activities for which he/she has applied for, but is no longer eligible to participate in.
